Nikah is a personal and individual right whereby every sane adult is permitted to make his or her own decision as far as choosing the marriage partner is concerned.
An adult does not require the consent of his or her parents for the Nikah. Yes, if a woman marries in a lower class, her guardian reserves the right to terminate the Nikah. However, it is best to inform the parents and get their Du’aas for a successful and blissful marriage.

However, you do have to remember the guidelines which our beloved Nabi (sallallaahu alayhi wassallam) handed down to us in when one chooses a partner. One should not make beauty, wealth, lineage or any other material aspect the main criteria. Look for piety in a woman when you wish to marry her. If the lady you write about is a pious woman, then try to enlist the help of a learned person in your community or family members who may be able to convince your parents to agree to your choice. If you know that your parents are refusing on the basis of some valid reasons and information that they have at hand, then take their advice which comes with a lifetime of wisdom and experience. May Allah Ta'ala grant you a pious wife, ameen.

A sayed female can marry a non-sayed male if she has the permission of her guardian, and if she agrees to marry a man outside her Kufwu (equal or match in lineage, wealth, etc). One may use the finger to stimulate her or he may make use of some sort of medication to delay ejaculation. This is permissible.

Intercourse during the whole pregnancy is permissible. The health of the wife should be considered. Anything detrimental to the health of the wife should be avoided. Since each woman's position is different, the physician will be able to advise what is harmful or not harmful for her.

It is very pleasing to note that your wife wears the Hijaab and Islamic attire. May Allah keep her steadfast, Aameen. Islam is a religion of shame and modesty. We have our own value system. What is normal in people is not always in comformity with Islamic principles and values. There surely is no love like the love between the husband and wife. The husband and wife should also express their love for one another. However, that is a private matter between the two and not for public show. Why do we have to show or prove to people our love for our marriage partners. What will the partner achieve through their show? In fact, it would be hypocrisy to abuse the wife in the confines of the house and still express love for her in public places. Love between the husband and wife must be a real and honest one only for themselves and not for public show.

1. The very concept of going on a honeymoon is alien to Islam. Yes, you may go out with your wife to a quiet place that affords you additional privacy to get to know each other better, etc. Your intention may be around these lines. Also, there is no sense in going for this trip to a place that is very busy or crowded with other tourists, etc. This would obviously defeat the purpose of your travel to this place.
2. There is nothing specifically mentioned. Yes, the eating of fruit or dates before and after both have been mentioned.
3. It is better to place something like a towel, etc. beneath her. Cleanliness demands something be placed there to prevent the bed being soiled.
4. No, the bed is not Napaak. Only the bedsheet or the place it falls onto is Napaak.
5. Yes, it is permissible provided the person massaging does so without touching the Satr and without any fear of falling into temptation.

You probably mean to derive joy from the back of one’s wife without penetrating. If so, it is permissible. Anal sex with penetration is haraam (strictly prohibited).
Anal sex is a grave sin and is completely forbidden, regardless of whether the wife agrees to it or not. Oral sex is also forbidden.
Doing it does not break the nikah, but you should immediately abstain from it and make taubah. The futile excuse of it being better than a contraceptive doesn't carry any weigh. If you are justified in using a contraceptive, then there are many different options on the market which could be adopted, instead of this hideous practice will draws the anger of Allah.

It is advisable to take a bath after every intimacy.
However, it will suffice to make Wudhu between each intimacy and have a bath after the final intimacy.

In principle, it will be permissible to be totally nude, however, it is against modesty.

The main purpose of intercourse with one’s wife is for procreation and for fulfilling one’s desire. However, it is permissible to be done for pleasure.

It is permissible to seek enjoyment and comfort from one’s wife’s breasts. It is, however, not permissible to take in any liquid that emits from her breasts.

Yes, it is immodest to do so without covering one’s private parts.

In the eyes of Allah, its never too late for Tobah. Allah is very Raheem. So don't just think that you have already done so many sins and that now its too late. Thanks to Allah, you are alive and you still have time for Tobah, and even if now you do Tobah from the bottom of your heart, Allah would inshAllah forgive you and you will be saved.
say TOBAH TOBAH TOBAH from the bottom of your heart now and save yourself.
